Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

2. Hygiene and Beauty Product Returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used beauty or personal care tools, or items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, improper handling, or are returned without their original packaging.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@vienisso.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used beauty or personal care tools
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

7. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vienisso.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to request a return after delivery.

8. Shipping Delays

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes shown on our website. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an update.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel your order for a refund.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
