This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
Vienisso is operated by Onturk LLC.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or unexpected operational delays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an update.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Turkey.
If your address cannot be served by our available shipping options, we may contact you to confirm details, offer an alternative solution, or cancel and refund your order.
We do not currently offer shipping to locations outside the United States and Turkey through this website.
3. Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped to the United States and Turkey.
Any available shipping options, shipping costs, or free shipping offers will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping availability may vary depending on your delivery location, order details, and available carrier options.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery times are typically:
- United States: 5–12 business days after shipment
- Turkey: 3–10 business days after shipment
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, holidays, customs processing, weather, operational delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Transit time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Shipping Delays
We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimated shipping date.
If there is a significant delay, you may choose to continue waiting or cancel your order for a refund before the order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect address information, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vienisso.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment where possible.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If the package cannot be reshipped or you do not respond to our communication, we may issue a refund for the product cost after deducting any non-refundable shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs charges, or other costs incurred, where permitted by law.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@vienisso.com and we will do our best to assist you.
We may ask you to check with the shipping carrier, neighbours, building reception, local delivery office, or any secure delivery location before further review.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vienisso.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and item so we can review the issue and assist you.
11. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees.
12. Order Cancellations Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.
